IS PROFESSIONAL HELP FOR YOU?
Our licensed public adjusters bring deep training, real world experience, and one clear goal: delivering an exceptional claim experience from start to finish. We organize, manage, document, and negotiate your claim on your behalf, working to secure the payments available under your policy.
Loti was founded by a fully recovered survivor of the 2019 Kincade Fire. Our team has been through this process personally and professionally, helping homeowners navigate difficult documentation, unfamiliar decisions, and the long road toward recovery with experience, realism, and empathy.
Every engagement starts with a personalized consultation to understand your situation, policy, progress, and priorities. From there, we create structured workstreams and use modern tools, including 3D LiDAR scans and purpose built AI systems, to organize the claim, coordinate submissions, and advocate on your behalf.
Recovery does not happen all at once. We remain involved as the claim, temporary living situation, inventory, and rebuilding process evolve, helping you manage new documentation, decisions, deadlines, and insurance submissions along the way.
Talk with one of our licensed public adjusters about your loss, your policy, and where you need support. If we work together, our fee is based on a percentage of the claim, so we get paid when you get paid.
