The Suite.

Behind the scenes, Loti uses an internal version of our upcoming Suite to support your claim throughout the process. These tools help us organize documentation, track progress across multiple workstreams, surface gaps or inconsistencies, and prepare submissions in a way that aligns with how insurance claims are actually reviewed. While homeowners don’t see this system directly today, it plays a key role in helping our licensed public adjusters manage complexity, reduce friction, and keep claims moving forward.

For partially damaged homes, we offer on-site 3D scans using LiDAR-enabled cameras to capture highly accurate measurements and detailed visual documentation of the structure. This cutting-edge technology allows us to map the interior and exterior of your home with precision—preserving layouts, finishes, and damage details that are often missed in traditional inspections.

The result is a high-resolution digital twin of your property, which our adjusters use to evaluate the full scope of the loss, identify hidden or structural damage, and support building loss estimates with objective, verifiable data. These scans are especially valuable in complex claims where details matter, helping us build stronger, more accurate submissions that stand up to insurer scrutiny and move your claim forward faster.

For building loss claims, we use Xactimate, the industry-standard estimating software trusted and required by most insurance companies. This powerful tool allows us to create detailed, line-by-line cost estimates for every part of your home—from framing and finishes to roofing, plumbing, and specialty features. Each estimate is built using localized, real-world pricing data, ensuring that your claim reflects the true cost of rebuilding in your area.

By using the same platform that insurers rely on, our public adjusters ensure your estimate is both accurate and defensible. This “apples-to-apples” comparison eliminates unnecessary back-and-forth, reduces disputes, and helps your claim move through review more efficiently.
