Loti’s public adjusters rely on a large suite of internal AI tools used daily to manage complex claims, organize documentation, track progress across multiple workstreams, and identify gaps that can impact outcomes. Collectively, we call these systems Stargate, and they help our adjusters move fast and drive claims on your behalf. 

While this internal platform supports our team behind the scenes, we have released a set of these capabilities for free through the Toolbox so homeowners can use the same technology to support their own recovery.

The Suite.

Behind the scenes, Loti uses an internal version of our upcoming Suite to organize documentation, track workstreams, identify gaps, and prepare submissions in the format insurance companies expect. While homeowners do not see this system directly today, it helps our licensed public adjusters manage complex claims and keep them moving forward.

We are developing a customer facing version of The Suite to give homeowners more visibility, structure, and control over their recovery. Sign up for early access to join the upcoming beta program and help shape these tools for real world claims.

For partially damaged homes, we offer on site 3D LiDAR scans that capture accurate measurements and detailed visual documentation of the structure. These scans create a high resolution digital record of the home, preserving layouts, finishes, and damage details that can be missed during traditional inspections.

Our adjusters use this information to evaluate the full scope of loss, identify hidden or structural damage, and support building estimates with objective data. It is especially valuable in complex claims where details matter.

3D Scans.

For building loss claims, we use Xactimate, the industry standard estimating software used by most insurance companies. It allows us to build detailed, line by line estimates using localized pricing for everything from framing and finishes to roofing, plumbing, and specialty features.

By working in the same estimating platform as the carrier, our public adjusters can present an estimate that is easier to review, compare, and support. This helps reduce avoidable disputes, identify differences between scopes, and support a more complete recovery.
