Once you retain Loti, our licensed public insurance adjusters take full control of your claim. Authorized, bonded, and state-licensed, they represent you directly in negotiations, manage all communication with the insurance company, submit detailed and defensible estimates, respond to carrier inquiries, and challenge undervalued, delayed, or incomplete offers.
This is not administrative support. It is a disciplined negotiation led by professionals who know the insurance system from the inside, including firsthand experience working on the carrier side. That insight allows us to anticipate objections, identify leverage points, and address issues before they cost you time or money.
Your Loti adjuster understands policy language, coverage application, and loss valuation at a granular level. We do not rush settlements or accept shortcuts. We press for a full and fair recovery so you can move forward from your loss with strength, certainty, and results.
Licensed to Adjust. Trusted to Deliver.
WE ARE LICENSED PUBLIC ADJUSTERS
To become a licensed public adjuster, each candidate must complete a minimum of 1,000 hours of supervised, hands-on training under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
This apprenticeship ensures they gain real-world experience in claims handling, policy interpretation, client communication, and the step-by-step processes of both residential and commercial loss recovery.

Loti'S training program
The Loti Apprentice Program is Loti’s in-house path to becoming a fully licensed public adjuster - designed to ensure every one of our public adjusters is not only highly trained but deeply aligned with our values of clarity, care, and results. Before earning their license and thus being able to adjust claims, team members begin as state licensed public adjuster apprentices, gaining hands-on experience while supporting homeowners and learning the complexities of claims, policies, and recovery.
After completing their training, candidates must pass a state-mandated licensing exam, which tests their knowledge of insurance law, ethics, coverage interpretation, and best practices in claim handling.
This ensures that only qualified individuals who meet strict professional and ethical standards are granted a public adjuster license.

Public insurance adjusters must be licensed and bonded in every state where they operate, providing legal authority to represent policyholders and financial protection for the clients they serve.
These licenses are renewed every two years, ensuring Loti stays compliant with evolving state regulations and maintain an active, accountable presence in the industry.

Insurance companies handle thousands of claims—they're running a business. Typically, you’ll get early advances and friendly voices trained in customer service. Then comes the real moment: a rebuilding estimate that falls short, or confusing questions about your contents list.
A licensed public adjuster levels the playing field by managing your claim and negotiating on your behalf. Industry rates typically range from 10–20% of the claim (note: these are not Loti’s rates), and in many cases, it's a smart investment in getting a full recovery. And like any profession, there are good and bad adjusters.
At Loti, we’re raising the bar with experienced professionals, purpose-built tools, and a process centered on trust, speed, and results.
